Café Express, by Nanni Loy (1980)

Nino Manfredi stars in this top-notch Italian comedy about a charming flim-flam man's attempts to aid his ailing son, outwitting the dim-witted police in the process. A lovable, compassionate portrait by Italy's most inventive comedy director, Nanni Loy.

The film was inspired by a candid camera show set on trains, Viaggio in Seconda Classe, also by director Nanni Loy.

Stars: Nino Manfredi as Michele Abbagnano, Adolfo Celi as Inspector Pisanelli and Vittorio Caprioli as Carmelo.

First film of Nanny Loy posted here. Only subs in English. Portuguese not found and Spanish not in syncro.
